Hi stampers! I thought I would post this card before the stamp set retires at the end of this month.  It is the "Sweet Cake" set on Pg. 33 of the Occasions Mini catalog.  I cased this from Erica Cerwin at Pink Buckeroo Designs.  She does very nice work.  Lots of embossing on this one, but the results are great!

Stamp the image with versamark onto Soft Suede CS., then heat emboss with gold embossing powder.  Stamp the image again with versamark onto Baha Breeze CS and heat emboss with gold embossing powder.  Then cut out the cupcake and place it on top of the first image with dimentionals so it pops out.  Stamp the saying with Baha Breeze ink onto Whisper White cs, then either punch it out with the Modern Label punch or just cut it out by hand to fit the open rectangle below the cupcake.  Use a large pearl to place on top of the cherry.  Set this aside and cut a piece of Baha Breeze cs 5 1/4" by 4" and run it through the big shot in the Vintage Wallpaper  empossing folder (pg 219 of the IBC).   Then place the cupcake image with dimentionals onto  the embossed cs.  Tie a 14" piece of  Baha Breeze seam binding (pg. 195) below the cupcake piece.  Then adhear it to a 5 1/2" by 8 1/2" piece of CS folded in half.  And you are done!  Beautiful!

If you need supplies to make this lovely card, just click on the catalog on my blog and it will take you to my website to order the items.

Well, gotta run.  Need to pick up my kid from track practice.  You know how that goes, moms.  Gotta love 'em!  Until next time,  take care and have a good day!
